Oakdale Services Tasmania's (OST) commitment to quality is expressed in our Mission statement and Major Objectives.
We are externally certified to ISO 9001:2000 ensuring a "Quality Management System" for the provision of services to our clients.
A Quality Assurance Officer ensures that the OST Quality Policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the organisation.
All new employees are introduced to the Policy during induction training. Ongoing communication and training seminars are designed to keep all staff aware and consistent with policy requirements.
The Policy and procedures are subject to ongoing review to allow for continual improvement. We measure, verify, analyse and evaluate the results of policy implementation to ensure that our objectives have been met.
The Company is then subject to annual external audit to allow our ISO certification to be maintained.
