Employee Representative Group
The Employee Representative Group (ERG) was created as a result of the 2005 Employee Opinion Survey (EOS).
It comprises staff delegates, elected by their peers, and management representatives. It is an advisory body to the CEO and submits regular reports to the Board of Directors.
Its' role is to:
- Monitor the implementation of an 'Action Plan' developed from the EOS
- Help ensure the effective flow of information between employees and the CEO
- Advise the CEO in respect of systemic issues which may arise from time to time
- Review the EOS and advise the CEO of any recommended changes
- Monitor the reporting processes of individual ERG delegates
- Review and comment on draft policy and procedures to support continuous improvement.
