Oakdale Services is a 'family friendly' organisation with a flexible approach to working hours, especially for casual staff. We also try to make reasonable provision for those requiring leave for maternity leave or other family based needs.

Because of Oakdale Services' status as a public benevolent institution, we offer Salary Packaging to staff after a 3 month probation period. If you participate you can save on the amount of tax you pay each fortnight.

Through ongoing training and skill development we provide a career path for those wishing to make a long term career in this sector.
