Our staff includes:
- Disability Support Workers: people who work with and support our clients on a daily basis;
- Team Leaders: people who undertake a variety of administrative duties as well as working " hands on" with their team;
- Co-ordinators: people who have responsibility for co-ordinating Oakdale's various client sevice areas;
- Domestic staff: people who maintain the high quality of the clients' home at Oakdale Lodge; and
- Administrative staff: Oakdale's Administrative Team includes Management, Accountancy and Technical Support staff

At Oakdale, we are committed to Career development. All Team Leaders, Co-ordinators and Management staff have previously worked at the Support Worker level.
